SmartKids bolalar uchun mo‘ljallangan ta’lim ilovasi. Bolalar akkauntsiz foydalanishi mumkin: darslar, o‘yinlar va natijalar qurilmada mahalliy saqlanadi. Ixtiyoriy akkaunt va bulutli sinxronlash faqat matematik ota-ona himoyasidan keyin ota-ona yoki qonuniy vakil tomonidan boshqariladi.

Qanday ma’lumotlar olinadi

Ota-ona akkaunti (faqat ixtiyoriy sinxronlash yoqilganda): elektron pochta, ism va tanlangan kirish provayderining akkaunt identifikatori.
Farzand profili: ota-ona kiritgan ko‘rsatiladigan ism va profil sozlamalari. Biz tug‘ilgan sana yoki tug‘ilgan yilni so‘ramaymiz.
Ta’lim jarayoni: bajarilgan mashqlar, test natijalari, yutuqlar va ilovadagi tanlovlar.
Xavfsizlik va ishlash uchun zarur cheklangan texnik ma’lumotlar, masalan IP manzil, qurilma yoki so‘rov identifikatori va xatolik yozuvlari. Biz IDFA, kontaktlar, aniq geolokatsiya, foto, video yoki mikrofon yozuvini yig‘maymiz.

Ma’lumotlardan foydalanish

Ma’lumotlar faqat ota-onani autentifikatsiya qilish, farzand profillari o‘rtasida almashish, ota-ona tanlaganda natijalarni qurilmalar o‘rtasida sinxronlash, ota-onaga rivojlanishni ko‘rsatish, firibgarlikdan himoyalanish va nosozliklarni bartaraf etish uchun ishlatiladi. SmartKids ma’lumotlarni sotmaydi, reklama ko‘rsatmaydi va kuzatuv uchun ishlatmaydi.

Analitika va reklama

SmartKids’da uchinchi tomon reklama SDK’lari va reklama mavjud emas. Firebase Analytics yoqilmagan. Firebase Authentication va Google Sign-In autentifikatsiya, xavfsizlik, firibgarlikning oldini olish va xizmat ishonchliligi uchun cheklangan diagnostika yoki foydalanish ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlashi mumkin; bu ma’lumot reklama, profiling yoki bolalarni kuzatish uchun ishlatilmaydi.

Xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar

Google Firebase Authentication va ota-ona tanlasa Google Sign-In: ota-onani autentifikatsiya qilish uchun ism, email, akkaunt identifikatori va cheklangan xavfsizlik/diagnostika ma’lumotlari. Firebase Authentication ma’lumotlari Google infratuzilmasida, jumladan AQShda qayta ishlanishi mumkin.
Apple: ota-ona “Apple orqali kirish”ni tanlaganda autentifikatsiya ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlaydi.
Cloudflare: API trafikini himoyalash va yetkazish uchun IP manzil va so‘rov metama’lumotlarini vaqtincha qayta ishlaydi.
Hetzner Online: akkauntga bog‘langan SmartKids ma’lumotlari Germaniyadagi server va PostgreSQL bazasida saqlanadi.

Bolalar maxfiyligi

Farzand uchun akkaunt yoki elektron pochta talab qilinmaydi. Barcha tashqi kirish usullari, maxfiylik havolalari va bulutli sinxronlash faqat ota-ona matematik himoyani yechgandan keyin ko‘rsatiladi. Farzand profili va uning natijalarini ota-ona boshqaradi.

Saqlash va xavfsizlik

Mahalliy natijalar qurilmada ilova o‘chirilguncha yoki ota-ona ularni tozalaguncha saqlanadi. Bulutli akkaunt ma’lumotlari ota-ona akkauntni o‘chirguncha saqlanadi. Qayta yuborishni oldini oluvchi texnik kalitlar 7 kun, o‘chirish auditi esa xavfsizlik uchun 30 kun saqlanadi. Uzatishda shifrlash, kirishni tekshirish va server darajasidagi himoya choralaridan foydalanamiz.

Tanlov va o‘chirish

Ota-ona farzand profilini ilovadan o‘chirishi mumkin. Akkaunt va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish ilovaning Ota-ona bo‘limidan yoki icoderuz@gmail.com orqali so‘raladi. Tekshiruvdan keyin faol tizimlardagi ma’lumot o‘chiriladi; qonuniy yoki xavfsizlik nusxalari cheklangan muddat saqlanishi mumkin.

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 7, 2026

SmartKids is a learning app for children. Children can use the app without an account; lessons, games, and progress are stored locally. Optional account access and cloud sync are available only to a parent or legal guardian after the in-app mathematical parental gate.

Information we process

Optional parent account details: email address, name, and the account identifier supplied by the selected sign-in provider.
Child profiles: a parent-provided display name and profile preferences. We do not request a birth date or birth year.
Learning activity: completed exercises, test results, achievements, and in-app choices.
Limited technical data needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting, such as IP address, device or request identifiers, and error logs. We do not collect IDFA, contacts, precise location, photos, video, or microphone recordings.

How we use information

We use information only to authenticate parents, switch child profiles, sync progress across devices when a parent chooses, show learning insights to parents, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service. SmartKids does not sell data, show advertising, or use data for tracking.

Analytics and advertising

SmartKids contains no advertising or third-party advertising SDK. Firebase Analytics is disabled. Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In may process limited diagnostic or usage data for authentication, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability; this data is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking children.

Service providers

Google Firebase Authentication and, if selected by a parent, Google Sign-In: parent name, email, account identifier, and limited security/diagnostic data for authentication. Firebase Authentication data may be processed on Google infrastructure, including in the United States.
Apple: authentication data when a parent selects Sign in with Apple.
Cloudflare: IP address and request metadata temporarily processed to protect and deliver API traffic.
Hetzner Online: account-linked SmartKids data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a server in Germany.

Children’s privacy

A child does not need an account or email address. All external sign-in options, privacy links, and cloud sync controls appear only after an adult solves the parental gate. Child profiles and progress are controlled by the parent.

Retention, security, and deletion

Local progress remains on the device until the app is removed or a parent clears it. Cloud account data remains until the parent deletes the account. Idempotency records are retained for 7 days and deletion audit records for 30 days for security. We use encryption in transit, access checks, and server protections. Parents can delete a child profile or the full account in the Parent area, or email icoderuz@gmail.com.
